Made with apple cider pressed at our farm. Our apple cider vinegar is fermented and then naturally aged into cider vinegar forming a "Mother". The vinegar naturally clears and then is lightly filtered into the bottle.
Although clear in appearance the natural "Mother" bacteria will continue to form within the bottle keeping the cider vinegar fresh.
